9 Days East Tibet & Yellow River Expedition
In the wide East Tibet plateau, Yellow River origins from here purely and leave its graceful shape in the wide grassland. As one of the five largest Tibetan Monasteries, Napuleng monastery is showing us the profound Buddhism scripture by its magnificent place and rich culture. And beautiful Jiuzhaigou is compare as Paradise on the earth because of its alpine landscape. It is a land deserved our exploration.
In our tour, you will enjoy the beautiful landscape of Tibetan grassland and loess as well as the ancient Amduo Tibetan culture.

Itinerary:
Day1 Lanzhou
Arrive in Lanzhou today. And prepare for the trip.
Day 2 Lanzhou / Binlin temple / Xiahe
In the morning drive to Binlingsi Buddhism Grotto. Enjoy the Liujiaxia Dam en route. The great Yellow River still remains its pure here. We will enjoy the magnificent Buddhism statue in Binglingsi Temple. In the afternoon we will continue to Xiahe.
Day 3 Napuleng Monastery Exploration
As one of the largest Tibetan Monastery, Napuleng Monastery is located in Xiahe with convenient transportation. We will explore the profound Lamaism in Napuleng all the day.
Day 4 Xiahe / Langmusi / Ro’ergai
All the day drive to Roergai via Langsusi. Enjoy the Tibetan village and grassland en route. And the Langmusi Monastery is a small but pretty temple worth of a visit.
Day 5 Roergai / Tangke / JiuzhaigouValley
Today we will head for Tangke to watch the first big Bend of Yellow River, then drive cross the vast grassland and arrive in JIuzhaigou Valley.
Day 6 Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve sightseeing
The whole day we will visit the national park, the lakes, virgin forest, waterfall, etc.
Day 7Jiuzhaigou / Wolong Panda Reserve
We will head for Wolong all the day. Enjoy the mountains en route. Arrive in Wolong in the late afternoon. In the late afternoon we will arrive in Wolong Panda Nature Reserve.
Day 8 Wolong / Chengdu
In the morning we will visit our long deserved friend, Panda. It is the most famous and earliest panda reserve. You will enjoy the pandas both in the closed cage and the open ground. In the afternoon we will head for Dujiangyan Irrigation Project, which is an ancient Dam with over 2,000 year’s history and still in function. Drive to Chengdu in the late afternoon.
Day 9 Chengdu
Continue your trip or leave Chengdu. You can fly to Europe, East Asia, North America and any other China cities.
